Tiny Tadpoles exists to serve children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder through early intervention ABA therapy that blends evidence-based strategies with play-based, compassionate care. At Tiny Tadpoles, we honor each child’s individuality, providing dignified support tailored to their unique needs, and fostering meaningful growth and transformation so they can confidently connect within their homes, schools, and communities.

About Us
Who Are We?
Tiny Tadpoles Behavioral Services was founded in 2013 by Recairdo Mangrum, BCBA-D, who also serves as Executive Director. Prior to founding Tiny Tadpoles, Recairdo worked across multiple levels of support for children with autism and developmental disabilities. He began his career providing direct support services as a Therapeutic Staff Support, and later transitioned into the role of Behavioral Specialist Consultant after completing his master’s program.
Following his supervisory fieldwork, Recairdo became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, delivering services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home-based, school-based, and center-based programs. He earned his undergraduate degree from Bloomsburg University, completed his Master of Education with a specialization in behavior analysis at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, and pursued his doctoral training at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
Recairdo’s experience includes conducting behavioral assessments, developing and implementing programs to build skills and reduce challenging behaviors, collaborating with families to transfer support strategies, and training staff on program implementation. His focus is to create a compassionate therapeutic environment where individuals feel respected, supported, and provided opportunities for growth.
Tiny Tadpoles was founded to stand apart in the field of ABA by offering a more human-centered approach—blending clinical excellence with play, compassion, and deep respect for each child’s individuality.
